We specialize in performance training tailored by individual sport. Shawn Jordan's Total Performance Training can provide your student athlete with the edge needed in today's competitive environment. We utilize proven techniques to improve jumping, :40 times, and overall strength while instilling commitment to personal work ethic and appreciation for self improvement. Individual programs provide best results, but buddy programs are also available if young athletes or parents prefer this approach. We are based in, and proudly serve Rockwall Texas and the surrounding communities.

Hi, I’m Shawn Jordan! I’m based in, and proudly serve, Rockwall, Texas, and the surrounding areas. I'm a Fitness Professional with over 15 years of experience in fitness training. While continuing my education I have transformed thousands of lives through fitness and healthy lifestyle changes.
I moved to Texas to successfully pursue my dream of becoming a professional athlete. As my interest in fitness grew, so did my career goals. I wanted to find a way to fuse my two passions together, Sports and Fitness. It has been an amazing journey, and well worth the trip!
While off the field and not training in the gym, I am a Massage Therapist and Advocare Nutrition advisor. Along the way, I’ve become an influencer/mentor thanks to my athletic and teaching background, and I now coach youth athletics.
I use my sports and fitness knowledge and training to educate and motivate people towards a healthier lifestyle. One that embraces movement and getting a handle on nutrition.
